Succulent Summer

This project responds to the aspect of Koha, a gift given freely: Working for a client to meet their needs without expectation of something in return As summer quickly approaches one girl's desire for the ultimate festival attire resulted in Succulent Summer, a multi style crop that can be worn as a halter, straight straps or crossover. With the added feature of a hidden internal pocket for safe storage of ID and cards you can be assured your belongs are safe and secure while being on hand when needed Taking inspiration from desert succulents the crop top consists of lace panelling at the base and a feature neckline inspired by the cracked desert sands and natural lines they create. Succulent summer uses traditional knitting techniques to produce a unique garment that fits within contemporary design
